My Bruises Are From Ambassadors carry the message onto the mats. In academies and at competitions around the world, they start conversations, share survivor resources, and help break the silence around domestic violence and abuse.
You don’t need to be a black belt or an expert. You just need to care about survivors and about making training spaces safer for everyone.
What ambassadors do
- Represent My Bruises Are From at your academy, at competitions and in your community
- Share our posts, events and survivor resources with your training partners and followers
- Help raise funds for survivor-focused organizations through community events
- Champion safer, more accountable training cultures, including the Clear Mat Standard
